Abstract

"Labourmarket- and social policy traditionally have a strongly corporatist character in Germany. Yet the legitimacy and efficiency of corporatist structures are called into question especially by the liberals. However, empirical evidence has shown - not least in the way that the recent economic crisis was overcome - that employers and employees tend to benefit from the German model of the regulation of interests."
