Abstract

"Eine unbefristete Vollzeitstelle mit Sozialversicherungsschutz gilt in Deutschland traditionell als normal. Das deutsche Arbeitsmarktsystem weist inzwischen allerdings viele neue Facetten auf: von der Teilzeitbeschäftigung über befristete Arbeitsverhältnisse bis hin zur Leiharbeit. Oft verschwimmen die Grenzen zwischen normaler und atypischer Beschäftigung. Betriebe nutzen die neuen Erwerbsformen je nach Größe und Branche unterschiedlich. Die gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen, die wirtschaftliche Stabilität und die demografische Entwicklung entscheiden darüber, inwieweit die neuen Beschäftigungsformen künftig das Bild des deutschen Arbeitsmarktes bestimmen werden."
