Abstract

"Die Zeiten ändern sich: Frauen bekommen tendenziell später Kinder und kehren früher in den Beruf zurück. Männer nehmen zumindest kurz Elternzeit. Neben rechtlichen Neuerungen haben sich auch die Einstellungen gewandelt. Aber was ist mit den Frauen, die ihre Erwerbsarbeit noch für längere Zeit unterbrochen haben? Welchen Hürden begegnen sie, wenn sie sich - zum Teil nach zehn oder 15 Jahren - wieder ins Erwerbsleben einfädeln wollen? Hierzu gibt es erste Befunde aus einem laufenden Forschungsprojekt."
