Abstract

"Jedes Jahr entstehen und verschwinden in Deutschland rund zweieinhalb Millionen Stellen. Im Vergleich dazu fällt die Nettostellenentwicklung, also die Differenz zwischen den Stellengewinnen und Stellenverlusten, sehr gering aus. Diese Dynamik gestaltet sich regional unterschiedlich. In vielen Regionen geht eine hohe Arbeitsplatzdynamik mit einer schlechten Nettostellenentwicklung einher. Auf den regionalen Arbeitsmärkten in Süddeutschland, die wegen ihres stetigen Zuwachses an Arbeitsplätzen gemeinhin als Positivbeispiele gelten, bewegt sich hingegen vergleichsweise wenig."
