Abstract

"Der Arbeitsort wird emotional erlebt und hat Bedeutung für die eigene Lebensgeschichte. Erfährt dieser Ort einen deutlichen Wandel, dann ist dies besonders für diejenigen, die früher lange dort gearbeitet haben, eine emotionale Herausforderung. Die Beziehung zu ihrer einstigen Arbeitsstätte und die eigene Lebensleistung am Arbeitsplatz werden dadurch schmerzhaft und identitätsbedrohend infrage gestellt." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
