Abstract

"Der kräftige Aufschwung nach dem Ende der Finanz- und Wirtschaftskrise brachte auch die Diskussion über die 'richtige' Lohnpolitik zurück. Welchen Rat kann die Wirtschaftsforschung in der aktuellen Situation geben? Bei aller Zuversicht über die zukünftige Wirtschafts- und Arbeitsmarktentwicklung darf nicht vergessen werden, welchen wichtigen Beitrag moderate Lohnsteigerungen zum Aufbau von Beschäftigung in der Vergangenheit geleistet haben. Auch die unterschiedliche Lage auf den verschiedenen Teilarbeitsmärkten sollte im Blick bleiben und sich in differenzierten Lohnzuwächsen niederschlagen." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
