Abstract

"Occupational rehabilitation is intended to offer persons with a disability a bridge to the working world. However whether this is indeed an effective instrument is an open question as occupational rehabilitation has been little researched. A current IAB study takes a look at the situation of those undergoing rehabilitation and the extent to which they have been integrated into the labour market." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
