Abstract

Deutsche Unternehmen richten ihre Personalrekrutierung vielfach am Ziel einer möglichst jugendlichen Belegschaftsstruktur aus. Die Diskussion um den demographischen Wandel hat jedoch bei einigen Unternehmen zu einem Umdenken geführt, das sich bereits in der Personalpolitik niederschlägt, wie ein Telefoninterview mit dem Leiter Presse-, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Mitarbeiterkommunikation des BMW-Werkes Leipzig zeigt, das am 6.11.2006 geführt wurde.
