Abstract

"Um möglichst rasch die Wirkungen des Übergangs zum SGB II auf die Betroffenen zu erfassen, startet das IAB zunächst eine Querschnittsbefragung. Sie liefert allerdings nur eine Momentaufnahme des Geschehens. Prozesse aber lassen sich - wie im Film - nur durch den Längsschnitt sichtbar machen. Dazu wurde Ende letzten Jahres ein Haushaltspanel in Gang gesetzt." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
