Domains of Teachers’ Leadership Knowledge: Comparison between Models

Abstract

This article compares and synthesize four teacher leadership models to gain the domains of teachers’ leadership knowledge. The domains of teachers’ leadership knowledge that been synthesized are known as knowledge of improvements in instruction and student learning, knowledge of modeling leadership attributes and skills, knowledge of organizational development, knowledge of collaborative culture, knowledge of collaboration with communities and knowledge of referral leader. These domains of knowledge can be used to develop teachers’ leadership knowledge in the future.
