Abstract

Die vorliegende Arbeit beschaftigt sich mit der Bildung Griechenlands. Es gibt kaum ein Land, das der Bildung desinteressiert gegenuber steht, oder nicht uberzeugt ware, dass die Bildung fur die Karriere des Einzelnen und fur die Wirtschaftsleistung im Gesamten fur das Land entscheidend ist. Ein modernes Bildungssystem umfasst nach heutigem Verstandnis die allumfassende Bildungskette mit weitreichenden Komponenten eines lebenslangen Lernens - von der schulischen Bil¬dung uber die Berufsausbildung bis hin zu Weiterbildungsma?nahmen. Da in Griechenland die Erwartungen an Bildungs¬angeboten laufend steigen, wird ein Massnahmekonzept nur mit ei¬nem breitgefacherten Angebot Leistung erbringen. Bildungsprogramme konnen auch in Griechenland nur dann Resultate aufweisen, wenn Bildung als allgemeines Anrecht seinen Platz bekommt, so, wie es bereits auf dem internationalen Bildungs¬markt die Regel ist.
