Regional Forest Governance - Nutzen Fur Spezifische Forstliche Akteure Aus Der Kooperativen Regionalentwicklung

Abstract

Basierend auf existierenden eigenen Forschungsergebnissen stellt der Beitrag die These auf, dass regionalisierte und kooperative Politikansatze einen potentiellen Nutzen fur die Forstwirtschaft bergen, der uber ein konventionelles Verstandnis hinaus geht. Jedoch wird angenommen, dass dieser nicht fur alle Forstakteure gleicherma?en realisierbar ist. Basierend auf einer Reihe von Fallstudien zur Beteiligung der Forstwirtschaft an der integrierten landlichen Entwicklung in Deutschland werden sowohl konventionelle als auch innovative Potentiale fur Forstakteure identifiziert. Deren Realisierbarkeit variiert jedoch zwischen den Waldbesitzarten entsprechend des Informationsstandes, verfugbarer Kapazitaten sowie deren Anreizwirkung. Diese Erkenntnisse sind auch auf andere Beispiele sektorubergreifender Programme ubertragbar. Sie legen nahe, dass fur die Forstwirtschaft eine Gesamtsektorstrategie zum Umgang mit integrierter Regionalpolitik nicht zielfuhrend ist, sondern vielmehr der spezifische Nutzen einzelner Fors
