Ευρωπη 2020: Εκπαιδευση Και Ανθρωπινο Κεφαλαιο. Η Περιπτωση Τησ Ελλαδασ

Abstract

Η παρούσα εργασία εστιάζει στην επικρατούσα κατάσταση στο πεδίο της εκπαίδευσης και γενικότερα του ανθρώπινου κεφαλαίου, με την παρουσίαση στατιστικών στοιχείων της Ευρωπαϊκής Στατιστικής Υπηρεσίας (Eurostat), καλύπτοντας τη χρονική περίοδο από το 2010 έως το 2015. Το ερώτημα που τίθεται στη συγκεκριμένη εργασία είναι ποια είναι η κατάσταση που επικρατεί στο πεδίο της εκπαίδευσης, στα πλαίσια της Στρατηγικής "Ευρώπη 2020", αλλά και ποια η συσχέτιση της εκπαίδευσης με την επικινδυνότητα παρουσίασης της ανεργίας. Ένα ερώτημα εξαιρετικά κρίσιμο και επίκαιρο, μία ιδιαίτερα κρίσιμη χρονική περίοδο για την Ελλάδα στα πλαίσια της οικονομικής κρίσης και της επιβολής φορολογικών μέτρων. Η κατανόηση της σημασίας της εκπαίδευσης και οι σχετικές με αυτήν προκλήσεις είναι θεμελιώδους σημασίας, τόσο βραχυπρόθεσμα, όσο και μακροπρόθεσμα για την ανάπτυξη και την ανταγωνιστικότητα της Ελλάδας, δεδομένου ότι το σημείο κλειδί για το μέλλον είναι η επένδυση σε ατομικές δεξιότητες και ικανότητες.
