Quelle Strategie De Economique En Faveur De La Stabilite Geopolitique De La Mediterranee?

Abstract

La region Mediterranee, difficile a definir car traversee de multiples fractures, court le risque de connaitre une instabilite geopolitique permanente qui entretienne un declassement geoeconomique dans l’economie globale. Des lors, il est propose une strategie orientee sur le developpement economique et qui devrait etre fondee sur l’innovation multiforme (affaires, technologique et sociale). A cette fin, le partenariat entre l’Europe et les pays des rives Sud et Est devrait etre refondu et de nouvelles gouvernances, ouvertes aux jeunes generations, recherchees.
