Abstract

Les accords autour de la mer Caspienne cristallisent les errements de la politique européenne de l’énergie. Au-delà d’une question régionale, ce sont les relations russo-européennes qui sont en jeu. Cette question montre que l’Europe ne peut dégager un consensus politique sur la question de la sécurité énergétique, d’autant plus que celui-ci impliquerait une réponse commune face au positionnement géostratégique de la Russie.
