Indicadores institucionales y crecimiento económico: un panorama

Abstract

En este trabajo se analizan las disposiciones de los nuevos estatutos regionales y proyectos de estatuto que intentan condicionar en alguna medida el diseño del nuevo sistema de financiación regional. Prestamos especial atención a las implicaciones del nuevo Estatuto catalán en el que se fijan las líneas generales de una reforma que podría suponer un cambio cualitativo en la estructura y filosofía del sistema.
