Abstract

Este art culo identifica el tipo de financiaci n que el nuevo Estatuto de autonom a de Catalu a implica. Se argumenta que, en materia de financiaci n auton mica, el Estatuto de Catalu a da cobertura a una pluralidad de modelos con caracter sticas distintas en lo que a sus propiedades de nivelaci n se refiere. El art culo especifica dos modelos b sicos que ilustran esta indeterminaci n e identifica los dos modelos l mite y la familia de mecanismos de financiaci n legalmente admisibles por el Estatuto. Todos estos modelos son simulados utilizando datos de las Comunidades Aut nomas de r gimen com n para 2004.
