Abstract

In the present paper, we set up the structure of the bivariate maximum product (max-product)–type of Meyer–König and Zeller operators and Favard–Szasz–Mirakyan operators corresponding to the linear univariate counterparts. Then, we provide an error estimation for these bivariate max-product type operators in terms of the modulus of continuity. In addition, we present upper estimates of the approximation error for some subclasses of functions and demonstrate numerical examples and the convergence of our newly created operators to a certain function through graphical representation.
