Leadership Style And Organizational Comitment: Impact Of Transformational Leadership

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to carry out a bibliographic review that allows exposing the mechanism through which the behaviors of a transformational leader impact on organizational commitment. In a first stage, the evolution of the different leadership theories is exposed, where the importance of contemporary theories is highlighted, particularly the theory of transformational leadership. Subsequently, the importance of organizational commitment and finally its relationship with transformational leadership.
