Neue Methoden zur Steigerung der Bildungsqualität an chinesischen Hochschulen
The state council announced to slow down the speed of expansion in higher education and to focus more on education quality. This shift means a move away from process-oriented higher education expansion towards an outcome-oriented improvement of education quality.
