Abstract

En un entorno cada vez más competitivo y cambiante, en donde se exige mayor participación de los servidores públicos, la gestión pública mexicana ha hecho esfuerzos tendientes al logro de una administración moderna que promueva mejoras de eficiencia y efectividad en los resultados. In an increasingly competitive and changing environment, which requires greater involvement of public servants, the Mexican public administration has made efforts towards the achievement of a modern administration to promote efficiency and effectiveness improvements in results.
