Modelos teóricos que nos ayudan a comprender el gobierno de las sociedades cooperativas, una apuesta por el enfoque de los stakeholders

    En la actualidad, el entorno competitivo es cada vez más incierto y complejo. Las características de los mercados actuales hacen que sea cada vez más difícil conseguir una ventaja competitiva sostenible en el tiempo para la empresa, por lo que hay que innovar en formas de gestión y de gobierno para ser competitivo. De esta manera, se está produciendo un cambio en la concepción convencional de la organización. En este trabajo, vamos a estudiar estos cambios necesarios en el gobierno de las empresas, para adaptarse a las nuevas condiciones competitivas, en las sociedades cooperativas. Por ello, nuestro objetivo es intentar modelizar su gobierno a partir de diferentes Teorías Organizativas con la finalidad de ayudar a consolidar la posición de este tipo de empresas en el mercado. Apostaremos por la Teoría de los Stakeholders como la vía más adecuada para generar valor en la organización, de manera que puedan lograr una ventaja competitiva que constituya la base del éxito empresarial. At present, the competitive environment is increasingly uncertain and complex. The characteristics of today's markets make it increasingly difficult to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage over time for companies, for what it is necessary to innovate in ways of management and government to be competitive. Thus, it is a change in the conventional view of the organization. In this paper, we consider these necessary changes in corporate governance, to adapt to the new competitive conditions in cooperatives. Therefore, our objective is to model its governance from different organizational theories in order to help consolidate the position of such firms in the market. Sticking up for Stakeholder Theory as the most appropriate way to generate value in the organization, so that they can achieve a competitive advantage as the basis for business success.
