Abstract

Влияние выхода Соединенного Королевства из состава ЕС может сказаться на России в первую очередь через увеличение волатильности на мировых рынках и вызванное этим снижение среднесрочной цены на нефть. Воздействие на российскую экономику непосредственно через торговлю менее вероятно. Во-первых, на Соединенное Королевство приходится около 2% товарооборота России. Во-вторых, российский экспорт представлен в основном топливным сырьем (84% в 2015 г.), которое легко перенаправить на другие рынки, кроме того, около половины из этого экспорта – трейдинг газа. Структура импорта из Великобритании очень близка к структуре импорта из прочих стран ЕС. Влияние на российскую экономику через торговлю услугами представляется более вероятным, так как доля Великобритании в обороте услуг России – около 6%.
