Abstract

В проекте закона «О федеральном бюджете на 2017 год и на плановый период 2018 и 2019 годов» 2016 год охарактеризован как период адаптации к внешнеэкономическим вызовам. Планируется, что на смену ему придет этап выхода на параметры сбалансированного развития экономики. Что, впрочем, потребует среди прочего определенных изменений в объеме и структуре расходов бюджета для проведения бюджетной консолидации и достижения целевых ориентиров по размеру дефицита бюджета.
