Abstract

Относительная стабилизация финансово-экономической ситуации и рост реальных располагаемых доходов населения способствовали увеличению объема выдач на рынке розничного кредитования. Доля проблемных кредитов и просроченной задолженности остается на стабильно невысоком уровне, однако качество совокупного кредитного портфеля по-прежнему вызывает опасения регулятора. В связи с этим ЦБ РФ вынужден принимать меры, направленные на охлаждение рынка потребительского кредитования для предотвращения дальнейшего накопления рисков.
