Частные Инвесторы На Российском Фондовом Рынке

Abstract

В июне 2023 г. количество частных инвесторов на российском фондовом рынке достигло 31 млн. С одной стороны, такой рост демонстрирует высокий уровень развития системы доступа к торгам на фондовом рынке благодаря внедрению цифровых технологий, а с другой – содержит в себе значительные риски возникновения на рынке различных аномалий вследствие недостаточного уровня финансовой грамотности и отсутствия опыта проведения фондовых операций у большинства новых инвесторов. Выделенные характеристики современного частного инвестора позволили провести анализ тенденций инвестиционной деятельности этой категории инвесторов, который показал разрыв в уровне развития финансовых условий для инвестирования и наличия у них финансовых знаний. На основе проведенного анализа сделан вывод о том, что в политике регулирования финансового рынка необходимо сменить основной вектор воздействия с создания «идеальной» финансовой среды на формирование финансово грамотного инвестора.
