Abstract

В статье проводится анализ работы международных финансовых институтов (МФИ) в странах ЕАЭС в 2002–2021 гг. Наиболее крупными получателями многосторонней помощи МФИ стали Кыргызстан и Армения. Наибольшие объемы помощи направлялись на предоставление бюджетной поддержки, развитие экономической инфраструктуры, укрепление систем госупраления и гражданского общества. В таких секторах экономики стран, как водоснабжение и энергетика, МФИ работают в рамках многосторонних трастовых фондов, куда часто входят и суверенные страны-доноры. Статья подготовлена в рамках выполнения научно-исследовательской работы государственного задания РАНХиГС при Президенте Российской Федерации.
