Риски Включения России В «Черный» Или «Серый» Списки Фатф

Abstract

В условиях недружественной политики ряда иностранных государств в отношении России существуют риски включения страны в «черный» или «серый» списки ФАТФ. Включение юрисдикции в такие списки предполагает необходимость проведения расширенных процедур должной осмотрительности в случае операций с ее резидентами и имеет значительное негативное влияние на приток капитала в такую страну. Если Россия все-таки будет включена в один из списков ФАТФ, можно ожидать сокращения российской внешней торговли в размере до 10%.
