Совершенствование Механизмов Контроля Таможенной Стоимости

Abstract

В статье отражены основные проблемы, связанные с влиянием трансфертного ценообразования на состояние тарифной защиты страны-импортера. В связи с ними возникает необходимость в повышении эффективности контроля таможенных органов за достоверным определением и декларированием таможенной стоимости ввозимых товаров в условиях транснационализации мировой товарной торговли. Сформулированы предложения по совершенствованию таможенно-тарифного регулирования импорта России в обстоятельствах ослабления защиты внутреннего рынка, обусловленного участием стран Евразийского экономического союза во Всемирной торговой организации.
