К Вопросу Об Оценке Эффективности Опытного Производства В Промышленности

Abstract

Статья посвящена изложению подходов к оценке эффективности опытного производства. За меру оценки эффективности производственного процесса авторы принимают время производственного цикла. Рассмотрены основные резервы и направления сокращения производственного цикла; приведены способы оценки экономических эффекта и эффективности от уменьшения продолжительности производственного цикла на крупносерийных и массовых производствах; обоснована необходимость использования иных способов оценки для опытного производства, что связано с его спецификой. Представлены также подходы к такой оценке, учитывающие факторы ускорения освоения производства и уменьшения объема дефектов. В связи с тем, что опытное производство характеризуется связыванием большого объема оборотных средств в незавершенном производстве, предложен подход к оценке эффекта от высвобождения оборотных средств в условиях сокращения времени производственного цикла. В заключении описаны потенциальные преимущества и недостатки поддержания высокого уровня запасов на опытном производстве.
