Abstract

Весной 2022 г. члены «Большой семерки» и их союзники в рамках санкционного давления приняли скоординированное решение о неприменении на национальном уровне режима наибольшего благоприятствования (РНБ) в торговле товарами и услугами в отношении России. Этот экстраординарный шаг будет иметь далеко идущие негативные последствия для функционирования внешней торговли страны. Статья подготовлена в рамках выполнения научно-исследовательской работы государственного задания РАНХиГС при Президенте Российской Федерации.
