Abstract

По итогам третьего квартала 2022 г. положительное сальдо счета текущих операций снизилось на 32% по сравнению с предыдущим кварталом в результате постепенного сокращения стоимостных объемов экспорта и увеличения импорта по мере действия санкций и налаживания альтернативных источников поставок. Дефицит финансового счета, включающего резервные активы, в третьем квартале несколько снизился по сравнению с первым и вторым кварталами текущего года. Если в первом полугодии дефицит финансового счета формировался преимущественно в результате сокращения обязательств перед нерезидентами, то в третьем квартале отрицательное финансовое сальдо объяснялось ростом иностранных активов частного сектора. Укреплению рубля в этот период способствовали положительное сальдо торгового баланса и действие ограничений на движение капитала.
