Abstract

Успешность трудоустройства молодых людей существенно зависит от выбранного ими направления подготовки уровня профессионального образования. Нехватка рабочих мест, отмечаемая молодежью как проблема при поиске работы, может свидетельствовать не только о несоответствии структуры подготовки кадров потребностям региональных экономик, но и, в ряде случаев, об избыточности квалификаций молодых специалистов.
