Международная Помощь Развитию Крупных Инфраструктурных Проектов В Странах Центральной Азии

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются программы международных доноров в секторе развития инфраструктуры стран Центральной Азии. Указывается на низкий уровень инвестиций в развитие инфраструктуры в странах региона и на важность помощи доноров, направляемой в этот сектор. Несмотря на географическую близость и общую интеграционную повестку с рядом стран, Россия не является основным донором в Центральной Азии. Российские проекты сосредоточены в основном в секторе энергетики и экономической инфраструктуры в Кыргызстане и Узбекиcтане. Крупнейшими партнерами развития государств региона остаются страны ОЭСР и Китай. Статья подготовлена в рамках выполнения научно-исследовательской работы государственного задания РАНХиГС при Президенте Российской Федерации.
