Кредитование Физических Лиц В 2021 Г

Abstract

Несмотря на введение регуляторных ограничений и повышение процентных ставок во второй половине 2021 г., кредитование физических лиц оставалось одним из самых динамично расширяющихся сегментов банковского рынка на протяжении всего прошлого года и способствовало росту банковских доходов. В условиях усиления санкционного давления правительство и Банк России будут вынуждены вновь, как и в случае кризиса, вызванного эпидемиологическими факторами, стимулировать кредитную деятельность банков в целях поддержки населения. При нормализации международной обстановки и стабилизации экономического положения ЦБ РФ может вернуться к мерам по охлаждению рынка кредитования физических лиц.
