Abstract

Инвестиций в основной капитал в январе-июле 2013 г. в реальном выражении составили 99,3% от соответствующего показателя предыдущего года. В структуре источников финансирования инвестиций сохранилась тенденция к повышению доли собственных средств и средств федерального бюджета. В I полугодии 2013 г. негативное влияние на общий уровень инвестиционной активности оказало падение инвестиций в добывающий сектор на 7,9%, в производство и распределение электроэнергии, газа и воды на 9,1% и в транспорт на 15,9% относительно I полугодия 2012 года. В обрабатывающем производстве инвестиции в основной капитал незначительно увеличились, но при низкой эффективности их использования темп роста выпуска продукции этого вида деятельности по- прежнему снижался. По оценке Минэкономразвития России, годовой темп прироста инвестиций в основной капитал в 2013 г. составит 2,5% против 6,6% в 2012 г..
