Abstract

В августе лишился своего поста министр по развитию Дальнего Востока В. Ишаев – его подходы, требующие из казны триллионы рублей на все без каких-либо приоритетов, окончательно разозлили правительство и Президента. Министерство подвергалось критике и ранее, наводнение, судя по всему, стало последней каплей. Россия вступила в острый конфликт с Белоруссией – масштабно дотируемая Россией страна начала репрессии против российского бизнеса, видимо, планируя еще больше получать от России, политическому руководству которой электорально тяжело признать развал союзного государства. Россия пытается предотвратить заключение соглашения о свободной торговле Украины и ЕС, объявив о том, что совместить такое соглашение и принципы Таможенного союза невозможно. В дальнем зарубежье Россия постепенно набирает очки на фоне ближневосточного кризиса, в котором не просматривается силового решения с предсказуемым результатом. Позицию России разделяет не только часть арабского мира, но и часть стран НАТО, кроме того, обострение ситуации означает рост цен на энергоносители и доходов российского бюджета, соответственно.
