Abstract

В августе 2013 г. на заседаниях Правительства РФ среди прочих рассматривались следующие вопросы: законопроект, вводящий специальную выездную форму контроля налоговыми органами за исполнением банками обязанностей, установленных законодательством о налогах и сборах, а также законопроект, уточняющий процедуры осуществления государственного контроля (надзора) за деятельностью органов местного самоуправления и должностных лиц местного самоуправления, включая урегулирование проведения плановых и внеплановых проверок.
