Прогноз 2016-2017: Рецессия Сохраняется

Abstract

Предварительные данные об итогах развития экономики РФ в 2015 г., а также текущие тенденции на мировом рынке энергоресурсов являются основанием для пересмотра в худшую сторону возможных сценариев развития экономики в 2016–2017 гг. Так, теперь сценарий со среднегодовым уровнем цен на нефть в 2016 г. в размере 35 долл./барр. является базовым, а цены на нефть на уровне 50 долл./барр. (заложены при формировании федерального бюджета на 2016 г.) представляются оптимистическими. Результаты моделирования основных макроэкономических показателей в 2016–2017 гг. в рамках выбранных сценариев говорят о практически неизбежном сохранении рецессии в экономике в рассматриваемый период, переход к росту происходит только в сценарии с повышением цен устойчиво выше 50–55 долл./барр.
