Abstract

В последние полгода влияние на сферу науки экономических санкций, введенных в отношении России, стало проявляться в прямой и косвенной формах. Это выразилось как в удорожании научных приборов, оборудования, материалов и усложнении их закупки за рубежом, так и в уходе из страны нескольких фондов, которые оказывали существенную поддержку российской науке. Отрицательные послед- ствия санкций касаются не только экономических условий функционирования науки, но и сказываются на атмосфере внутри научных организаций и университетов.
