Противоречивые Результаты Деятельности Российского Оборонного Сектора

Abstract

Ведомственная статистика прироста производства в оборонном секторе существенно искажена либерализацией требований к исполнению государственного оборонного заказа со стороны Минобо- роны и Военно-промышленной комиссии. Несмотря на международные санкции, цель государствен- ной программы вооружения в 2015 г. достигнута досрочно, при том что сама программа фактически утратила актуальность. Выполнение требований президента страны о создании прозрачной воен- ной экономики, о наведении порядка в управлении оборонно-промышленным комплексом и в его ценоо- бразовании по-прежнему сталкивается с серьезными трудностями.
