Abstract

Появление концепций «национальных вытягивающих проектов» и «национальной технологической инициативы» свидетельствует о продолжающемся процессе роста различных видов приоритетов федерального уровня. При этом принципиально новый подход предлагается осуществить в рамках национальной технологической инициативы, с фокусом на занятие Россией ниш на перспективных потребительских рынках вследствие развития новых технологий, а также инфраструктуры и институтов их поддержки.
