Abstract

Среднее значение индекса ММВБ в мае было на уровне 1679 пунктов, по итогам месяца его падение составило 1,5% относительно предшествующего периода. Основное негативное влияние на индекс оказало снижение цен на нефть. Средний дневной оборот биржи сократился почти на 20% по сравне- нию с первым кварталом 2015 г. и составил 31,3 млрд руб. На внутрироссийском рынке корпоратив- ных облигаций сложилась относительно благоприятная конъюнктура рынка, несмотря на неблаго- приятный внешний фон, сложную ситуацию в экономике и традиционный сезонный спад. Позитивной динамикой отличились такие ключевые показатели рынка, как объем и индекс рынка корпоративных облигаций, ставка средневзвешенной доходности эмиссий (особенно в технологичном сегменте), ак- тивность инвесторов на первичном и вторичном рынках. Несмотря на высокие финансовые риски в последние месяцы, крупным эмитентам удается успешно размещать долгосрочные займы. Сложной остается ситуация с исполнением эмитентами своих обязательств перед держателями облигаций.
