Abstract

Вышедшая в феврале 2015 г. Стратегия устойчивого развития сельских территорий Российской Фе- дерации на период до 2030 года должна была наметить основные направления и механизмы развития сельских территорий страны. Однако вместо руководства к действию с четко обозначенными при- оритетными мерами и источниками их финансирования получился очередной формальный документ, состоящий из «благих пожеланий».
