Abstract

Созданный Минобороны по примеру МЧС Национальный центр управления обороной отметил годов- щину своего существования. С доминирующей в СМИ точки зрения за год центр показал себя эффек- тивным органом управления войсками в ходе боевой подготовки и повседневной служебной деятель- ности. Однако выраженная в его работе тенденция на подмену официальных учета и статистики изображениями с видеокамер заставляет усомниться в верности заложенной в его основу концепции.
