Abstract

Согласно конъюнктурным опросам Института Гайдара1, первые данные о состоянии российской про- мышленности в начале 2015 г., объявленного кризисным, имеют мало признаков кризиса. Фактическая динамика спроса и выпуска, оценки запасов готовой продукции, планы найма рабочих обычны для янва- ря и выглядят даже оптимистично на фоне (пред)кризисной паники. Последняя, впрочем, сказалась на прогнозах спроса, планах выпуска и инвестиционных намерениях, которые не смогли набрать обычно- го оптимизма. А ценовая политика промышленности и условия банковского кредитования, наоборот, отреагировали очень решительно на политику властей.
