О Новой Редакции Военной Доктрины Российской Федерации

Abstract

В новой редакции остались в целом неизменными актуальные положения российской Военной доктри- ны, однако из ее текста исключены задачи оптимизации расходов на оборону, рационального плани- рования и распределения финансовых и материальных ресурсов, что усиливает риски в планировании государственной программы вооружения на 2016–2025 гг. Невозможность макроэкономического про- гнозирования в современных условиях более чем на 1–2 года требует введения механизма официально- го ежегодного пересмотра этой программы.
