Перспективы Участия Ученых-Соотечественников В Развитии Российской Науки

Abstract

Состоявшаяся в конце 2014 г. вторая за последние четыре года конференция представителей россий-ской научной диаспоры показала, что новые внешнеполитический и экономический контексты играют решающую роль в оценках ситуации и задают возможные форматы дальнейшего взаимодействия для развития российской науки. Текущее позиционирование представителей научной диаспоры свиде- тельствует о том, что целесообразен возврат к небольшим инициативам и проектам, которые не требуют длительных визитов зарубежных ученых в Россию, однако могут оказать серьезную помощь отечественным научным организациям и коллективам. Представлены возможные варианты разви- тия сотрудничества.
