Abstract

В. Путин в ноябре 2014 г. объявил, что не собирается править пожизненно – впрочем, само появле- ние этой темы в публичном пространстве настораживает. В ноябре 2014 г. суд изъял у АФК «Систе- ма» В. Евтушенкова компанию «Башнефть» на основании утверждения, что двадцать лет назад она была неправильно отнесена к собственности республики Башкортостан вместо России. Евтушен- ков продолжает пребывать под домашним арестом, как обвиняемый в «легализации присвоенного имущества». Это означает существенное ухудшение инвестиционного климата и невозможность в ближайшее время приватизации крупной государственной собственности. Правительство РФ про- должает изыскивать возможности для повышения налогов – вводятся торговые сборы, понижаются топливные акцизы, отменяются налоговые вычеты. В ноябре прошли массовые акции врачей против планируемых сокращений персонала.
