Abstract

За актуальными военно-политическими событиями, которые затронули экономику и национальную безопасность РФ, пока в тени остаются законодательные инициативы в системе стратегического планирования деятельности нашего государства. А между тем продолжение режима «ручного управления» экономикой чревато большими издержками.
